Serrato and Associates inc. was developed as a result of the need for excellent training for law enforcement and private industry. Rick Serrato, President of Serrato and Associates, Inc., retired from Santa Ana Police Department with over 29 years of law enforcement experience. Rick has instructed classes nationally since 1998 and is considered an expert on many law enforcement topics. Rick has authored many P.O.S.T. and S.T.C. courses in California. Numerous law enforcement agencies seek Rick's expertise and training classes for their agencies. Over the years, Rick has networked with numerous outstanding instructors throughout the United States. He has compiled a list of experienced and well known instructors to join Serrato and Associates, Inc.

Serrato and Associates Inc., utilizes instructors who are experienced law enforcement officers that currently work the streets or are retired after a successful career in law enforcement. In addition to law enforcement training, we currently provide training classes for the Standards and Training for Corrections. There will be a variety of courses to choose from and the topics are new, innovative, and will prepare students to conduct their jobs in a professional and safer environment. The company is in the process of offering advanced P.O.S.T. certified courses to any law enforcement officer wanting to improve their skills and investigative techniques.
