Serrato Training & Associates, Inc. provide basic and advanced training for law enforcement and private businesses. The company also provides consultation services to public and private businesses. Our training staff consists of retired and current law enforcement personnel with extensive backgrounds in the areas of gangs, narcotics, general investigations, and various task force assignments. Most of the staff members are currently instructing courses statewide for several organizations. They bring experience, current information, and hands on training for each of the students to experience. All of the instructors are extremely qualified and enjoy teaching law enforcement students that are motivated to learn.

In 2008, Rick retired from Santa Ana Police Department. His assignments included patrol, directed patrol, and 20 years as an investigator. His duties included numerous undercover assignments in narcotics, gang investigations, and with an ATF task force. Rick also spent 8 years with the Orange County Regional Narcotic Suppression Program, where he was assigned to the Covert Operations Informant Network (COIN) Unit. In the COIN Unit, Rick managed high level Informants and conducted major investigations throughout the United States. Rick started teaching law enforcement classes in 1998, he instructed for the Regional Counter Drug Training Academy, the California Gang Investigators Association, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Office of National Drug Control Policy, CNOA, and many law enforcement agencies and associations.
